Written Representation Planning Appeals

Your appeal service includes:

The process begins with a thorough review of your submitted planning application, the reasons for refusal, and the Council’s delegated report. Appeals start from £386 for householder applications with one reason for refusal and £632 for all other types of application. An additional charge of £82 will be added for each additional reason for refusal to be addressed. An additional charge will also be calculated for the written response to the Council and consultees dependent on the number of comments received.

Lawful Development Certificate (LDC) Application Support
